Replacement Policy Customers who buy a minimum of four new INGOT FORGED wheels directly from INGOT FORGED or an authorized dealer can take advantage of a special replacement offer: purchasing an equal number of replacement wheels at a 50% discount off the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). This offer is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined below. INGOT FORGED ("INGOT FORGED," "we," or "us") offers this program to provide customers with the opportunity to replace each eligible wheel once with an identical model. "Specification" refers to the same design, diameter, width, offset, center bore, and finish, though the part number may vary. Due to ongoing wheel updates, slight variations may occur in replacement units provided. Customers cannot request a replacement wheel that differs from their original specifications. This program does not facilitate switching from one fitment or design to another. Each wheel can only be replaced once, meaning staggered sets (with different rear width and offset) are limited to two claims for front wheels and two for rear wheels per set. Sets with four identical wheels can be replaced up to four times in total. INGOT FORGED reserves the right to modify or terminate this program's terms and conditions at any time. The terms defined here constitute the sole official offer for this program. Any prior written or verbal statements conflicting with these terms are invalid. This program is not a warranty, express or implied, nor is it an insurance policy. It is offered as a customer loyalty discount. Fees are only charged to prior customers to adjust for changes in program management costs not previously included in the purchase price.
Eligibility This discounted replacement program applies exclusively to new INGOT FORGED wheels sold directly by INGOT FORGED or through authorized dealers to the original retail purchaser ("purchaser" or "customer"). Wholesale dealers cannot submit claims on behalf of their customers. Replacement requests must be submitted within two years of the original invoice date and require wheel registration with and approval by INGOT FORGED as described below. To maintain eligibility for the program and process an exchange, all specified steps and deadlines must be followed. The original purchaser must order at least four wheels in a matching set to qualify, whether square or staggered. A matching set consists of four or more wheels of the same design, diameter, and finish, with possible variations in front and rear offsets. B-stock, blemished, scratch-and-dent, and close-out sales are ineligible for this program. The program is nontransferable and expires immediately if the purchaser sells or transfers the wheel's title. The shipping information for replacement wheels must match the billing details on the new order. No drop shipments for replacement wheels are permitted. The original damaged wheel must be returned to INGOT FORGED to receive credit for the discount. This is a one-for-one exchange program. Customers may not dispose of wheels or render them unusable as an alternative to returning them. To receive a refund to a credit card or PayPal account, the original damaged wheel must be received by INGOT FORGED within 45 days of issuing a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") to an eligible purchaser. Damaged wheels received after this period will only qualify for an INGOT FORGED store credit. Failure to return the original wheel within 75 days of RMA issuance voids the RMA, resulting in no credit or refund. Wheels returned with expired RMA numbers will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Wheels modified from their original specifications (e.g., altered offset, center bore, barrel width, finish by paint or powder coat, or changes/removal of engraved specifications) are ineligible for coverage. Customers may not trade or purchase wheels with the intent of exchanging them for a discount; only originally purchased wheels are eligible. Fraudulent claims will void participation in this program.
Registration Purchasers must register their wheels with INGOT FORGED before submitting a claim for refund or replacement, based on noted purchase dates. INGOT FORGED reviews all registration submissions and may request additional details before completing the review. Eligibility determination typically occurs within five business days of receiving a complete submission, with possible extensions based on purchaser response times. Disapproved claims are ineligible for program participation. Customers who purchase directly through INGOT FORGED are automatically registered upon purchase; no further action is required. Customers who purchase through authorized dealers must register their wheels with INGOT FORGED before ordering replacement units. Online registration requires uploading an invoice copy as proof of purchase and other order details; phone or email submissions are not accepted.
Processing Replacement Requests All replacement requests must be submitted online through the INGOT FORGED replacement registration and request forms, available here, with all required fields completed. Registration before request submission is mandatory. INGOT FORGED staff reviews all requests before approval and fulfillment, typically within five business days. The 50% discount on replacement wheels is calculated based on the current MSRP and cannot be combined with promotional or clearance pricing. Replacement units cannot be purchased through dealers, group buys, phone, or email; only through the official online replacement wheel request form. The 50% discount is not applied at the time of purchasing a replacement wheel. Instead, it is provided as a credit or partial refund on the order after the original wheel is returned to INGOT FORGED and approved for exchange. Credit refunds are issued to the same account and payment method used for the replacement purchase; checks, cash, or payments to other accounts or names are not eligible. Improper returns or those lacking proper documentation or an RMA number cannot be accepted or processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on any unaccepted returns. An example of an improper return is a wheel that differs from the original purchase. If a replacement request is for a backordered wheel specification, the status remains "backorder" if fulfillment occurs within 120 business days. The 45-day RMA period begins only upon wheel shipment if the wheel is backordered. Failure to fulfill backorders within 120 business days or discontinuation of the specification renders the wheel ineligible for the program. Shipping for new replacement wheels is paid by the customer during checkout, and the customer is responsible for return shipping on the original exchange wheel, ensuring all other requirements and directions are met, including clear marking of the RMA number on the packaging. INGOT FORGED offers discounted UPS return shipping labels for customer convenience; international customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and brokerage fees for replacement wheels.
DISCLAIMER To the maximum extent permitted by law, INGOT FORGED's obligations to purchasers are limited solely to the terms outlined herein. No other warranties, express or implied, are granted or should be inferred from these terms or the program's offering. Implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted or not prohibited by law. INGOT FORGED shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from breaches of its obligations under these terms or related to program participation. INGOT FORGED's liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy are limited to a refund equal to the amount paid to purchase a replacement wheel through this program.
